Remains of tower on high ground to E of Court Macsherry house; commanding good view over Courtmacsherry Bay. N portion of structure survives forming three sides of octagon; central section set back. External string course between ground and 1st floor. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
