In pasture, atop hill. Circular, slightly raised area (28.7m N-S; 28.8m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.6m), stone faced in parts; external fosse (D 1m), waterlogged and filled with field clearance stones NW->NNE. Entrance (Wth 4m) to SE, with causeway.
