In pasture on SW-facing slope. Indicated on OS 6-inch map (1842) as Grave Yard containing Chapel (in ruins). Slightly raised sub-rectangular area, inaccessible due to overgrowth. According to local information the chapel indicated R.C. chapel (in ruins) (CO133-010002-) on OS 6-inch map (1902) survives in interior. Stone (H 0.92m; 2m x 0.32m) set in ground outside burial ground to SE. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
