What is recorded here

Gentle E-facing slope, on berm to S of stone field fence. Flat-topped stone(L 1.36m; 0.62m; 0.42m), pointed to S, aligned N-S. Depression on S side, said to be burial place of priest shot by soldiers. Well (CO133-004002-) to W known as "Tobar an tSagart". The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992).
