In pasture, on a S-facing slope overlooking the mouth of Bantry Bay. A stone slab (H 1.1m; 2.35m x 0.2m) is aligned NE-SW and leans to the SE. The top of the stone slopes down to the NE, except at the SW end, which appears to have been broken off. A smaller slab lies prostrate beside the SW end and further smaller broken stones are partially covered by grass along the SE side of the slab. The slab has the appearance of a sidestone of a wedge tomb, however, there is not enough surface evidence to confirm this. A standing stone (CO127-018----) is situated 80m to the WSW and there are two children's burial grounds nearby, one (CO127-044----) c. 50m to the NNE and the other (CO127-043----) 170m to the SW.
