In centre of graveyard (CO123-060001-), built in 1650 (Brady 1863, vol. 1, 228), 'modernized and thoroughly repaired in 1835' (Lewis 1837, vol. 2, 490). Rectangular in plan with chancel to E, base batter to walls. Three round-headed windows in N and S walls. 19th century tower to W with brick detail and pyramidal roof. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992).
