In pasture on W-facing slope. Square area (30m N-S; 30m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.2m) to S; scarp (H c.1m) to W; levelled bank (H c. 0.35m) to N and E. Trace of fosse visible all around. Interior slightly raised to W to compensate for hillslope.
