Found in a souterrain (CO122-049002-) with two other ogham stones (CO122-049004- and CO122-049005-). Macalister (1945, 73, no. 69) describes the stone as measuring 4' 5" x 1' 2" x 9.5" and reading GIRAGNI (see also McManus 1997, 65, 94). Now in the National Museum of Ireland (see DU018-375----). (Power et al. 1992, no. 1028) This stone has been studied as part of the ‘Ogham in 3D’ project undertaken by the School of Celtic Studies, Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies.
