What is recorded here

Roadside, near Bealanascartane river. Partially destroyed 6-bay, 3-storey overgrown mill, built into slope (long axis ENE-WNW); now used as slurry pit. Modern farmbuildings to N. Wheel pit (Wth 2.4m; D 1.8m) protrudes through tall stone arch in middle of S elev. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
