In rough pasture, on an E-W terrace on a S-facing rocky hillslope with a view across the valley to a wooded hill. This standing stone (1.2m x 0.68m; H 0.95m) is roughly rectangular in plan and is orientated ENE-WSW. The stone narrows as it rises and it leans slightly to the N.
