What is recorded here

18th century house overlooking Bantry Bay; 5-bay, 3-storey. Enlarged and remodelled in early 19th century with addition of balustrading, pilasters and brick detail. 19th century glazed corinthian entrance on both garden and entrance front. Pedimented stable to SE with cupola. Lodge to N with central archway. (Bence-Jones 1978, 30-31). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
