In rough hill pasture, on a rise in an area of cutaway bog, on a SE-facing slope and within a network of pre-bog field boundaries (CO115-106004-). The remains of a circular hut site (7.2m E-W; 7m N-S) defined by traces of an inner and outer row of contiguous upright slabs (T 0.8m; H up to 0.35m) with a sod-covered infill of smaller stones and earth. The hut site is best preserved along the N-NE arc. Another hut site (CO115-106007-) is 4m to the S. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
