In rough, rush-covered, undulating hill pasture, on a W-facing slope within a network of relict field boundaries (CO115-060----). The remains of a circular hut site (diam. 4.8m) defined by an inner and outer row of contiguously set stones (T 1m; H 0.4m) which protrude S-N above the surface of the remaining bog, and by intermittent traces of stones N-S. A relict wall from the field boundary network is 1m to the W. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 5' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009).
