In rough undulating hill pasture, on a rush-covered rise on a W-facing slope and within a network of relict field boundaries (CO115-060----). The remains of a circular hut site (diam. 3.4m) defined by a stone wall (T 0.9m; H 0.4m) which has collapsed inwards and obscures the interior. The base stones protrude from the remaining shallow bog. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 5' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009).
