On level bogland, sheltered by rock outcrop to S. Four upright stones,three aligned NNE-SSW. Tallest stone to NNE measures 0.65m x 0.3m and is 0.9m H; second stone (H 0.4m; 0.55m x 0.25m) stands 0.9m to SSE; thirdstone (H 0.64m; 0.43m x 0.33m) 0.73m to SWW of last. Fourth stone (H 0.55m;0.65m x 0.2m) stands 2.44m NW of centre stone, long axis NNW-SSE. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
