This possible boulder-burial is referred to in the 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork - vol. 1 West Cork' (1992, 33) under the entry (no. 134) for another nearby boulder-burial (CO114-040001-). The reference in the entry to this possible boulder-burial reads: 'Second boulder (2.2m x 1.3m) (CO114-040003-) lies 3.5m to E. (Ó Nualláin 1988, 236, no. 45)'
