On SE-facing slope, overlooking valley of Ballydonegan river, just S of Allihies. Rectangular area enclosed by stone wall; ruins of Kilnamanagh church (CO114-026002-) in centre. Lines of low uninscribed stones; earliest noted headstones date to late 19th century. Still in occasional use. New church built immediately to NW of yard in 1842; now roofless. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992).
