Coastal kiln, built into natural slope. Front (H 6.5m; Wth 5.1m) E-facing; arched recess (Wth 2.5m) partially infilled with rubble. Recess arch of sandstone with brick arch directly beneath. Funnel (diam. c. 2m) overgrown. Top of kiln enclosed by wall; kiln forms N wall of ruined coastguard station (CO113-03003-). Not on 1842 OS 6-inch map.
