In flat tillage c.100m S of Bandon river. Discovered 1980 during land reclaimation; only upper 0.5m of stone then visible. Stone subsequently removed from ground (H 1.9m; 0.9m x 0.5m); adjacent pit burial(CO110-006---) on S side (Shee-Twohig and Doody 1989, 5255). Stone re-erected in 1983, c. 300m to NE on river bank.
