In pasture, atop E-W ridge. Roughly circular area (42m N-S; 46m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.6m), stone-faced in parts; external fosse (D 0.4m) ESE->SSW. Break in bank to NNE (Wth 3m), ESE (Wth 3m), and W (Wth 3m). Two cairns of field clearance stones dumped in centre of interior.
