What is recorded here

In pasture. A cairn (9m N-S; 5m E-W; H 0.6m), which comprises small stones, lies immediately N of a standing stone (CO105-062001-). According to Myler (1998, 27), there is a large flat stone lying at the E end and another large uprooted stone, lying in pieces '2 yards from the south-east corner of the cairn'. Limestone outcropping rock defines the limit of the cairn material at the N. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 5' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009). Date of upload: 22 December 2009
