Discovered 1960 in field to W Kilmocomogue graveyard (CO105-013002-). Fahy (1960, 142-3) describes 7 earth-cut chambers, 'varying in floor area from 7' 10" by 4' 7" in height; joined be creepways. No visible surface trace; modern graveyard now on site. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research. Date of upload/revision: 14 January 2009
