What is recorded here

In rough grazing, on a bog-covered terrace on the S-facing rocky slopes of Sugarloaf Mountain. The remains of an irregular mound (5m N-S; 3m E-W; H 0.2m) of heat-shattered stones and charcoal-enriched soil protrudes above the surface of the bog which is covered with rushes and moor grass. A burnt mound (CO104-027005-) and a fulacht fia (CO104-027006-) lie c. 15m to the NNW and c. 50m to the WSW, respectively and there is a cairn (CO104-027003-) c. 50m to the E and a stone circle (CO104-027001-) c. 80m to the SE.
