In rough hill pasture, on an E-W terrace on the steep N-facing hillslopes overlooking Glen Lough. The remains of a circular hut site (7.5m N-S; 7m E-W) defined by traces of an eroded earthen bank (Wth 0.9m; H 0.1m). The hut site is cut (D 0.35m) into the upslope at the S. Another hut site (CO103-028005-) adjoins this one at the W. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 5' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009).
