In rough hill pasture, on the E bank of a stream on the lower N-facing slopes of Tooreennamna Mountain. A roughly D-shaped mound (4.8m N-S; straight S side: L 11.6m E-W; H 1.25m) of heat-shattered stones and charcoal-enriched soil. On the W sector of the mound are some gorse bushes and loose stones. A standing stone (CO102-040001-) and a boulder-burial (CO102-040002-) are c. 30m to the NW. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
