In tillage, on N-facing slope of E-W ridge. Circular area (c. 37.8m N-S; 35.8m E-W) raised 1m above surrounding field. Interior defined by earthen bank (int. H 1.3m) NNE->NW; scarp elsewhere; external fosse (max. D 1.2m). Bank stone faced internally to SSE. Souterrain (CO099-00402-) associated with enclosure.
