On slope. Shown on 1842 OS 6-inch map as circular enclosure (diam. c. 45m); semicircular arc S->NNE truncated at NNE end by N-S field fence on 1902 and 1942 OS 6-inch maps. Levelled, field fence removed; low rise to S, W and E traces line of bank. Interior slopes down towards centre.
