In rough pasture between two knolls of outcropping rock. Low ciarn (diam. 7.5m; H 0.5m) c. 16m SE of stone row (CO094-085---). Eleven radially set stones protrude from cairn along perimeter. Stones are thin slabs, (H 0.1m- 0.3m; L up to 0.7m). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research. Date of upload/revision: 14 January 2009
