What is recorded here

In rough pasture, atop knoll on W-facing slope of Caha River valley. Circular raised area (23.7m N-S; 24m E-W) enclosed by modern stone fence overlying earlier collapsed wall. Gap to E defined on S side by large recumbent stone (L 0.9m; H 0.6m). Field clearance cairn in NE quadrant; cultivation ridges cross interior on E-W axis The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
