In rough hill grazing, on the summit of an E-W ridge, with a commanding view NW over the valley of the Ouvane River. A roughly circular cairn (6m E-W; 5m N-S; H 0.4m), which is constructed of stones of varying sizes, protrudes above the surface of grass-covered sod. Some stones are also exposed intermittently along the perimeter of the cairn.
