In rough hill grazing, on a N-facing heather-covered slope, overlooking the valleys of the Gortloughra and Owvane Rivers and within the E half of a network of relict field boundaries (CO092-062001-). The remains of a D-shaped hut site (4m E-W) defined by the collapsed lower courses of a curving stone wall (T 0.65m; H 0.6m) with a straight W side (L 4m). The stone wall protrudes above the surface of the bog. Rubble is scattered in the interior. A nearby rocky ridge at the S provides shelter for the hut site. Another hut site (CO092-062001-) is c. 30m to the SW.
