What is recorded here

On top of a hillock at S end of ancient field system (CO091-009001-). A cist-like structure (1.6m NE-SW; 0.92m NW-SE) ), defined on 3 sides by slabs and by series of small stones (some fallen) on NW side; number small stones set along inside of slabs. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992).
