In reclaimed pasture, on E side of stream. According to local information spread of burnt material visible in ploughed field; now under long grass for silage. Walsh (1985, 68, 135, no. 152) says levelled during drainage c. 1982; spread of burnt material remains. Two fulachta fiadh (CO085-101---; CO085-102---) further downstream to NW and one (CO085-099---) further upstream. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 2: East and South Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1994).
