In pasture, within grounds of a stone quarry. A deposit of heat-shattered stone is located at the top of a north-north-east facing slope. It is of circular shape measuring 11.50m by 10m with a depth of 0.20m. This burnt spread comprises of a blackish mix of charcoal rich soil and heat shattered stone. Uncovered as a result of licensed archaeological monitoring-20E0382ext. Planning Ref No. 05/2452
