Shown as hachured subcircular area on 1842 OS 6-inch map; indicated as subcircular field on 1904 OS 6-inch map. Oval area (36m N-S; 32m E-W) defined by stone bank (H 1.4m) SE->NW; remainder of bank levelled during removal of surrounding fields c. 1985. Area (22m E-W; 14m N-S) on S side of interior remains undisturbed, with many uninscribed grave markers.
