On gentle SW-facing slope on E side of Owengarriff River valley, a tributary of River Lee. Comprises well-preserved wedge-shaped gallery (L3.8m; Wth c. 1.2m at W, 0.35m at E end) aligned ESE-WNW, represented by four sidestones to N and S, and backstone outside gallery walls at E end; surrounded by closely set outer walling. Two overlapping roofstones cover gallery. Gallery decreases in height from W to E. No indications of surrounding mound. Wedge-tomb (CO080-009----) stands 150m to SSE. According to Finlay (1973, 168), six cup marks on one roofstone and five on other. (de Valera and O Nualláin 1982, 18, Co. 24)
