Eighteenth century 2-storey gable-ended house; c. 100m E of Ballyannan Castle (CO076-020003-). Entrance front (S) of 5 bays flanked by 2-bay, 1-storey gable-ended wings; central round-headed door. Central hipped stairway projection at rear. Courtyard to rear enclosed by farm buildings. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 2: East and South Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1994). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
