Between French Church Street and Carey's Lane. Huguenot church built here in 1712; in 1733 the property was enlarged to make a graveyard (St Leger 1991, 37). Church demolished about 1845 and subsequently Methodist chapel built on site which 'extended over part of the old graveyard' (ibid, 38). Berry (1901-3) records four gravestones, two dated to 1787 and 1779. Photograph in St Leger (ibid, 41) shows gravestone date 1773.
