Late 18th century 2-storey rectangular house, named Woodlawn on 1842 OS 6-inch map. View front (S) of 4 bays with 2-bay bow at E end; tall window opes with elaborate plaster surrounds, pedimented at ground floor level, entablatured at 1st floor; plaster string course. Entrance on 2-bay E elevation, with sidelights incorporated within frame, plaster pedimented surround. N elevation has bow at E end with tall pedimented stairway window. Roof gabled; square-hipped roof over bows at E end appears to be late, with angles of hip carried out from curve of bow on long timber brackets.
