Roadside, outside grounds of Clanricarde House in suburbs of Cork. Discovered and investigated in 1909. McCarthy (1977, 143-4) interprets the results of the investigation and describes a stone built chamber (L 2.43m; Wth 1.52m; H 1.52m) with an entrance shaft (L 1.21m; Wth 0.6m; H 0.6m); walls corbelled to support capstones. Stones bearing evidence of fire and some bones, possibly horse, were found.
