In boggy ground, immediately S of small coniferous plantation. Formerly large mound of burnt material; S end now levelled and covered by laneway; N end remains as mound (L 12m; Wth 6m; H 1m), overgrown and planted with trees. Three other fulachta fiadh close by (CO070-102---; CO070-103---; CO070-10402-). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
