Late 19th century small pottery works to NW of Heathfield Towers (CO067-01102-). Remains consist of square roofless brick-built structure (8.7m x 8.35m) containing circular brick-built bottle kiln (int. diam. 3.8m). Kiln has eight arched furnace holes in perimeter, door ope to E, saucer-domed roof with central vent, bottle neck chimney on top. Extending N of external enclosing structure is long roofless structure (34m N-S; 6.35m E-W). Immediately S of this are the remains of a 'Habla Intermittent kiln' (24m E-W; 7m N-S) built in 1930 (Breslin 1991, 101). Complex heavily overgrown. Known locally as 'Smyth's Pottery Works'.
