Ruined late 19th-century pottery works. Remains of gable-ended, 3-storey brick-built structure (int. 9.75m square) enclosing brick-built kiln; remains of extension to E. Circular bottle kiln (int. diam. 3.9m); seven arched furnace holes in perimeter at base, door ope to N, saucer-domed roof with central circular vent; bottle-neck chimney on top. According to Breslin (1991, 100) tradition of more kilns here.
