In pasture. In 1997 a fulacht fia (10m E-W; 4.9m N-S; H 0.3m) was recorded in a field known as 'the bog field' (SMR file). This could not be located in 2002 when it was noted that the field fence c. 10m to the E had been removed. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
