On hillside, on S side of road; shown on 1842 OS 6-inch map as rectangular graveyard (c. 60m E-W; c. 45m N-S) with church in NW quadrant; extension to N later than 1936 OS 6-inch map. Enclosed on E and W sides by stone wall, concrete block wall on N and S sides. Inscribed headstones date from 1757 (Coleman 1910-12c). Still in use. Site of ancient parish church (CO065-008002-) of Lisgoold; church here in ruins in 1615 and entireley gone by 1694 (Brady 1863, vol. 2, 306-9); new C of I church built in 1789 (ibid., 311) of which there is now no visible trace.
