In tillage, on NNE-facing slope. Shown on OS 6-inch map (1842) as circular enclosure (diam. c. 42m); on 1904 OS 6-inch map as slight curve in E-W field fence. Levelled; differential crop growth traces outline of site; field curves to respect enclosure.
