What is recorded here

Rectangular house, 2-storey over basement; of early 19th-century appearance. Entrance front (E) of 5 bays; central door approached by flight of stone steps with semicircular fanlight, door flanked by pairs of slim engaged classical columns. Central 1st-floor window ope flanked by side lights. Hipped roof with two off-centre chimneys. Stone-built farmbuildings to rear. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 3: Mid Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).
