Abandoned 2-storey house; 1842 OS 6-inch map shows rectangular house; this was later remodelled and enlarged by addition of bows at front of side elevations and two hipped-roof projections to rear. Entrance front of 3 bays, central round-headed door flanked by round-headed side lights; sash windows with glazing bars, large central 1st-floor window ope with remains of wooden pediment overhead supported on large wooden corbels. Roofless farm building to NW. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 3: Mid Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).
