In pasture, on S-facing slope; kiln built into slope. Front elevation (S) (H c. 4m; Wth 6.65m), has lintelled recesses (H 1.85m; Wth 2.15m; D 2.3m) with sloping slabs to rear. Stone-lined circular funnel with rough paving surrounding top. Shown on 1842 OS 6-inch map.
