On W side of road. Flight of steps lead down to well which is partially covered by dry-stone walling. Deeply incised cross on one stone. Rounds made at well include area across road from it; traditionally held that well was on E side of road and shifted to present position after a girl washed her clothes in it (Hartnett 1939, 54).
